Stephane Richard Camp Consulting was started in 2017 by its owner, Stéphane Richard, a seasoned expert with over 20 years of camp management experience. After spending a career helping camps and organizations with process improvement, data analysis, risk management, program development and implementation while focusing on communication, teamwork and staff development, Stéphane started the firm he wanted to help a non-for-profit organizations and camps grow.
